Eastern Bloc tanker helmets are notable for their soft, padded exterior and full-head coverage, a distinct departure from the hard helmets and cap-style designs common in the era. Built-in ear cups help muffle external noise and also function as headphones, though the communication components are untested. Unfortunately, most of these helmets are missing identifying markings, so we cannot confirm their exact date of manufacture.
